MENTORSHIP

At IMMH, our mentorship initiatives support Muslim professionals navigating the intersections of mental health, faith, identity, and leadership.

Mentor Meets

Office hours with a twist: no cold emails, no gatekeeping — just real people offering real support.

Mentor Meets offers flexible, short-term access to Resident Mentors from across academia, mental health, business, education, nonprofit, and more.

It’s an innovative model that reimagines how mentorship can be accessed: relational, responsive, and community-centered.

Meet with a mentor for:
– 20-minute conversations
– 10-minute check-ins
Available monthly for up to one year.

Mentor Memos

An interactive, anonymous message board for real-world dilemmas.

IMMH members can submit personal or professional questions — anonymously or signed — and receive thoughtful responses from our Resident Mentors.

Whether it’s setting boundaries, navigating transitions, or facing ethical tension, these memos offer perspective — not prescriptions. Responses are shared periodically to benefit the wider IMMH community.

Want to contribute a scenario?
Submit confidentially. We’ll anonymize it and invite mentors to weigh in.
